Chattogram Education Board has issued a revised timetable for the HSC and equivalent examinations that were postponed under its jurisdiction.

The written examinations will begin on 20 August and continue until 9 September.

English compulsory second paper is scheduled for 20 August, followed by Information and Communication Technology on 22 August.

Physics, Accounting and Logic first papers are set for 24 August, with their second papers scheduled for 27 August.

Geography and Arabic and Pali papers will be held on 29 and 31 August, with morning and afternoon sittings specified for some subjects.

First papers in Chemistry, Islamic History and Culture, History, Home Management and Family Life, and Production Management and Marketing are scheduled for 2 September, with second papers on 5 September.

Economics and Engineering Drawing and Workshop Practice first papers are set for 7 September, followed by their second papers on 9 September.

Morning examinations will run from 10am to 1pm, while afternoon examinations will run from 2pm to 5pm.

Candidates have been instructed to take their seats at least 30 minutes before an examination begins.

The board has scheduled practical examinations from 9 to 18 August and advised candidates to obtain the detailed date, time and centre information from their institutions or centre heads.

For the Engineering Drawing and Workshop Practice first paper on 7 September, candidates are to sit the examination at their own colleges after question papers are collected from the main centre at 9am under principals' supervision.

The Chattogram Board examinations had been suspended from 8 July, while the other education boards continued their examinations under the previously announced timetable.
