The Chattogram Education Board has published a revised timetable for the suspended 2026 HSC and equivalent examinations.
Written examinations are scheduled to begin on 20 August and continue until 9 September.
The suspended examinations had been on hold under the board since 8 July, while examinations at other education boards continued on their previously announced schedules.
Compulsory English second paper is set for 20 August, followed by Information and Communication Technology on 22 August.
Physics, Accounting and Logic first papers are scheduled for 24 August, and their second papers for 27 August.
Geography first paper will be held on 29 August and second paper on 31 August, with Arabic and Pali papers scheduled in the afternoon on both dates.
First papers in Chemistry, Islamic History and Culture, History, Home Management and Family Life, and Production Management and Marketing are set for 2 September; their second papers are scheduled for 5 September.
Economics and Engineering Drawing and Workshop Practice first papers are scheduled for 7 September, with their second papers on 9 September.
The board has set morning examination hours from 10am to 1pm and afternoon hours from 2pm to 5pm.
Candidates are required to be seated in their designated examination rooms at least 30 minutes before a test begins.
The board has scheduled practical examinations from 9 to 18 August and advised candidates to contact their institutions or centre heads for practical-examination dates, times and venues.
Engineering Drawing and Workshop Practice first paper on 7 September is to be held at candidates’ own colleges, under the supervision of the relevant principal after question papers are collected from the main centre at 9am.
