RAB says it has strengthened security arrangements in Dhaka and across the country ahead of 5 August, designated as July Mass Uprising Day 2026.
The force said it had increased intelligence monitoring, patrols and cyber patrols for the occasion.
RAB said the measures were intended to protect public safety, prevent crime and maintain order.
It said each battalion had reviewed security risks in its own area and prepared a separate security plan.
RAB said it was coordinating its activities with other law-enforcement agencies, intelligence bodies and local administrations.
Special arrangements were to be in place from the night of 4 August at event venues, designated road-march and procession routes, and July memorials.
The force said both uniformed and plain-clothes personnel would conduct surveillance in areas under their responsibility.
RAB said its personnel had also been monitoring event venues and July memorials in every district in the week preceding the observance.
It said cyber patrols had been reinforced to counter rumours and misinformation on social media.
RAB cited possible sabotage or disorder by extremist groups, banned organisations or other actors as a reason for heightened preventive measures, but did not identify a specific threat or incident.
RAB said it would remain at maximum readiness to protect citizens and take action against offences during the observance.
