The managing committee of Moukhera High School in Baraigram, Natore, cancelled the appointments of three employees and permanently dismissed head teacher Anwar Hossain Bokul.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer and committee president Laila Jannatul Ferdous confirmed the action on 5 August.
Ferdous said an inquiry found substance in allegations that the three appointments had been made through a backdated and improperly constituted recruitment board.
She said the allegations involved the appointment of Nazmul Haque as office assistant, Zubayer Kazi as security worker and Rubel Hossain as night guard.
Ferdous said the employees joined the school on 9 April 2025.
The inquiry was conducted by a four-member committee led by then assistant commissioner for land Ashraful Islam, she said.
Before the final decision, an ad hoc committee had temporarily suspended the head teacher and stopped the three employees from attending and recording attendance.
The full managing committee adopted the cancellations and final dismissal at a meeting on 3 August.
Ferdous said the decisions had been conveyed to the relevant education authorities.
