A local arbitration in Nandura village of Netrokona Sadar imposed a Tk 500,000 payment on content creator Ripon Mia and directed him to leave the area.
The meeting took place on Monday night in South Bishiyura Union, with local community figures present.
Footage of the arbitration circulated on social media on Tuesday.
Local residents alleged that Mia had an intimate relationship with an adolescent girl who had long assisted him in producing content.
The accounts differ on the girl's age, describing her as either 13 or 14 years old in one case and 15 in another.
Locals claimed that several people had seen Mia with the girl in an intimate situation days before the arbitration.
Mokhlesur Rahman Doulot, who was present at the meeting, said Mia acknowledged the allegation.
The arbitration set a one-week deadline for the payment and said Mia's house should be transferred to the girl if he did not pay.
Police from Netrokona Model Police Station visited the location on Tuesday afternoon.
Officer-in-Charge Abul Khayer said police were speaking with people present at the arbitration and would also speak with the girl and her family.
Khayer said police would take action under the law after establishing the facts.
He added that an allegation of this nature could not be resolved through a local arbitration.
The allegations, the claimed acknowledgement, and any legal liability remain unverified pending the police inquiry.
