Four people were killed in a head-on collision involving two goods vehicles in Kahaloo upazila of Bogura on 1 August.
The crash took place on the Bogura-Naogaon road in the Kazipara Boubazar area.
The reported time of the crash ranges from about 9:45am to 10am.
Descriptions of the vehicles differ, with some accounts calling one a pickup and others calling both vehicles trucks; police described one as a mini-truck.
Kahaloo police chief Shafiqul Islam said the dead included the drivers and helpers of the two vehicles.
Police and witnesses said one vehicle was returning towards Bogura after selling fish in Naogaon.
They said the Naogaon-bound truck's driver lost control before striking the other vehicle.
Fire service personnel and police responded at the scene and recovered the bodies.
Shafiqul Islam said one victim was identified as Lutfar Rahman and that efforts were under way to identify the others.
Police were also working to determine the cause of the crash.
