The July Uprising Memory Museum opened to visitors at 11am on Thursday, 6 August.
Tarique Rahman inaugurated the museum a day earlier, on 5 August.
Its regular stated opening hours are 11am to 6pm.
On Fridays, it is scheduled to operate from 2pm to 6pm.
The stated maximum daily entry limit is 900 visitors.
Entry to the main building is organised into three sessions, each with capacity for up to 300 people.
The sessions run from 11am to 1pm, 1pm to 3pm, and 4pm to 6pm.
Tickets cost Tk20 for children and Tk50 for adults.
Visitors may book entry online or obtain tickets from the museum counter.
Visitors queued at the counter on the first day of public access.
Some visitors described the museum as a place to preserve the history and memories of the July uprising.
