Sylhet divisional health authorities said two children died while being treated after being admitted with measles symptoms in the previous 24 hours.
A health situation bulletin issued on 6 August put the number of deaths from measles and measles symptoms in the division this year at 120.
The children were aged four and seven months, and were from Companiganj in Sylhet and Chunarughat in Habiganj, respectively.
They died at Osmani Medical College Hospital and Shaheed Shamsuddin Ahmed Hospital.
The bulletin also recorded 74 new hospital admissions during the same period and said more than 300 patients were under treatment at hospitals across the division.
