The Directorate General of Health Services said four children died with measles symptoms across Bangladesh in the 24 hours covered by its 2 August bulletin.
It recorded no deaths from confirmed measles during the same period.
The bulletin listed 748 deaths among children with measles symptoms from 15 March through 2 August.
It listed a further 96 deaths among children with confirmed measles over that period, for a combined total of 844 deaths in the two categories.
The agency reported 115 newly confirmed measles cases in the latest 24-hour period.
Another 1,022 children sought treatment with measles symptoms, bringing the reported 24-hour total in those two groups to 1,137.
During the same period, 946 children were admitted to hospital and 886 were discharged after treatment.
Since 15 March, the bulletin recorded 130,083 suspected measles cases nationwide.
It recorded 16,295 confirmed measles cases over the same period.
The cumulative figures included 112,620 hospital admissions and 108,283 discharges.
