Four people died across the country in the previous 24 hours with suspected measles, the Directorate General of Health Services said on 2 August.
The deaths were classified as suspected measles cases, rather than confirmed measles deaths.
The health authority recorded 1,032 suspected measles cases during the same 24-hour period.
It also recorded 125 confirmed measles cases in that period.
No confirmed measles deaths were recorded in the latest 24-hour count, the authority said.
From 15 March through 2 August, the cumulative number of suspected measles cases was 130,083.
The cumulative confirmed-case total for the same period was 16,295.
The authority said 112,630 people with suspected measles had been admitted to hospital over that period.
It said 108,283 suspected measles patients had subsequently been discharged from hospital.
The reported cumulative death toll among suspected measles cases included 748 children.
Over the same period, 95 deaths were recorded as confirmed measles deaths.
